The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

  • As We currently provide Goods from multiple suppliers, please note the following when purchasing multiple Goods:
    • Goods may arrive in one package, or in multiple packages.
    • Please allow between 7-14 days for Your Goods to arrive.
    • Goods may arrive at different dates and times, according to the various vendors and carriers used.
    • Goods may or may not have Arizona Bay Spiritual Supply as the originators address, logo, or packing slip
    • Branding and promotional inserts may be provided from the vendors directly.


If more than 15 days have passed, please contact us to review the status of Your Order. 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping and Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow for 2-7 additional days for processing and transit. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, e.g. three days or more, we will contact you via email or phone.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery delays may occasionally occur but tracking numbers and updates will be provided with every order. Feel free to contact us with any questions if your confirmation email doesn’t contain the information you need. 

Shipping To P.O. Boxes Or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Arizona Bay Spiritual Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All tariffs, duties, taxes, and fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Products

Arizona Bay Spiritual Supply is not responsible or liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
